How much do office cleaning services cost?
It depends on the size of the space, how often we clean, the type of space and the scope. After a free on-site walkthrough, we send a written cleaning plan with the exact price.
How often should our office be cleaned?
Busy offices usually choose daily or 2–3 times a week; smaller teams often go weekly or every two weeks. We'll recommend a frequency at the walkthrough based on your traffic.
Will the same crew clean every time?
Yes. The same crew comes on every visit, and you have one manager to contact for questions and changes.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. All cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the price, so there's nothing for you to buy. If you have special product requests, we'll discuss them.
When can you clean?
Cleanings take place Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 8 pm, planned around your business hours. You can send a request any day: we answer 7 days a week.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance on request. Additional insured and workers' compensation certificates and a janitorial bond can be arranged on request. All of our cleaners are background-checked.
